How much does other work completed by RaceShack cost ? |
|
Our general rate is £65 an hour plus VAT
This rate is used in the calculation of costs for all activities at RACE SHACK : CNC and general machining, engine building, electronics assembly, fabrication and welding (ferrous and non ferrous), engine setting up off the dyno (eg syncing a linkage and individual throttle bodies or high performance engine servicing etc ) and Carb Rebuilding / ultrasonics and bright metal plating.
All jobs are costed by the hour and all our quotes and costing are fully transparent - you as the customer have full visability of how long things take and what parts and labour we have charged you for.
For large orders such as significant machining and engine building orders we generate a work instruction which we provide to you as a quote - should you wish to go ahead we ask you to sign and return it. The work instruction forms the basis of a contract between you the customer and us at RACE SHACK - we do not undertake work outside the scope of that instruction without approval from you the customer. In this way you always have full visibility of what you're spending and what your getting for your money.
