Bottle Fitting KitNitrous Bottle The controller comes as three major components: the junction box, FET box (AKA very fast electronic switch’s which open and close the solenoids at a rate dictated by the progressive controller) and main controller – this is primarily to aid flexibility the FET box needs to be close to the solenoids in order for it to operate correctly – also in order that the Twisted Sanity controller can be used in a rear engined car the FET are in this separate box – it means that the controller can be on the dash where you can see it and the FET box can be near the solenoids where they work best with a low current low voltage signal line in between – it also means that the controller although feature packed is also more compact as the junction box and FET box are hidden away under your dash

The kit itself really does include everything you need from P clips to spade connections to fuse holders its all there – keep this in mind when you compare prices with other kits. The 11lb bottle is EU legal and remains in date for 10 years after this time you can have the bottle retested and re stamped.

Seat interior Firstly we plan the location of the main systems

– the main arming switch or master arm and the purge switch will go on the gear shift panel so we remove this to make fitting these switch’s an easier job

– putting long tails on a loom to make life easier.

The glove box on almost all modern cars is removable with a convenient cavity behind it – this area is ideal for mounting the FET box and the junction box – the long tail on the controller connector means that you can then mount the controller anywhere you like on the dash and also easily disconnect it to keep it safe when your away from your car.
